RN Med/Surg-Obstetrics Rotating Shifts

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer ordered medications. Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating and evaluating teaching plans that include family members. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, assisting with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Prioritize care effectively to promote safety and reduce unnecessary harm, utilizing cost-effective practices for supplies and charge items. Maintain lifelong learning to support the nursing profession. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
