Job Summary
RN - Med Surg OBGYN on full-time nights at Mercy in McLean, VA. 32-bed unit (5B) covering GYN surgical, bariatric/colorectal, GYN/Oncology, obstetrical care, and Mother/Baby services. 12-hour shifts (0630-1900 and 1830-0700) with alternating weekends and holidays. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for night shift; additional sign-on bonuses by experience level ($5,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for 5+ years). Education assistance includes loan forgiveness up to $20,000 for new grads and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000/year. $3,000 relocation assistance for full-time. Weekend option differential and shift differential (including a new weekend option differential of $10.00). Day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance; PTO/vacation up to 80 hours for experienced RNs; employer-matched retirement funds. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state license
