Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med/Surg unit working nights at Northwest Medical Center. Full-time, night shift. Provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinates care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, administers prescribed medications, assists in procedures, documents care, educates patients and families, and adheres to infection control and safety protocols. Supports professional development and quality improvement initiatives; maintains regulatory compliance and participates in audits. Requires current RN license and BCLS; ACLS preferred. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for eligible experienced RNs.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
