Job Summary
Conduct patient care using the nursing process, assess learning needs, and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Manage nursing team resources effectively while communicating, delegating, and directing licensed and ancillary staff to ensure quality patient outcomes. Adapt communication styles to diverse patient populations, maintain compliance with federal and state laws, and report any unethical behaviors or safety concerns immediately. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in areas with exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous medications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills and ability to be self-directed
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement
- Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Desired Qualifications
