Job Summary
Assess, plan, and evaluate patients across Wellstar Spaulding, Sylvan Grove, and West GA campuses to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. Build meaningful connections with patients and families while driving top-notch clinical outcomes. Contribute to performance improvement projects, research opportunities, and shared governance initiatives to enhance care standards and reduce readmissions. Mentor fellow nurses and guide interdisciplinary teammates through ongoing competency assessments and coaching. Manage resources proactively to ensure efficient use of time, people, and systems. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications, with a preference for Epic and 3M system familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN from an accredited school, Preferred
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS
- National Certification in your specialty
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
- Experience with computer data entry
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
- A+ interpersonal and communication chops
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
- Calm under pressure
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school, Preferred
- National Certification in your specialty
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
