Job Summary
RN Med Surg on the Wellstar W.E.S.T. Float Team across Augusta and Columbia County. Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation to deliver personalized, evidence-based care; build meaningful connections with patients and families; drive top-notch outcomes; participate in performance improvement projects, research opportunities, and shared governance; mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary teammates; apply evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety initiatives. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years Med Surg experience with comfort in data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems. BSN preferred. Day shift on a multi-campus care team with a focus on high-quality patient care and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) – Required
- BLS from AHA – Required
- ACLS – Required
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience – Required
- Experience with computer data entry – Required
