Job Summary
RN Med Surg on the Wellstar W.E.S.T. Float Team across Georgia campuses. Responsible for owning the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, delivering personalized, evidence-based care, building connections with patients and families, and participating in performance improvement, research opportunities, mentorship, and shared governance. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS; BSN preferred; 2+ years Med Surg experience and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) — Required
- BLS from AHA — Required
- ACLS — Required
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience — Required
- Experience with computer data entry — Required
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems — Preferred
