Job Summary
RN Med Surg – join Wellstar's multi-campus W.E.S.T. Float Team as a Med Surg RN (Day shift) to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care from assessment through evaluation; collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; engage in performance improvement, research, and governance initiatives; mentor teammates and support professional development; utilize Epic and 3M systems; coordinate care across Grovetown/Columbia County campuses; requires nursing program completion and RN license; BSN preferred, 2+ years Med Surg experience, BLS/ACLS required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) — Required
- BLS from AHA — Required
- ACLS — Required
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience — Required
- Experience with computer data entry — Required
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems — Preferred
- BSN from an accredited school — Preferred
- National Certification in your specialty — Preferred
