Job Summary
Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation to deliver personalized, evidence-based care for patients and families. Build meaningful connections while utilizing clinical expertise to drive top-notch outcomes and participate in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance. Mentor fellow nurses and contribute to staff engagement, ensuring the smart, efficient use of resources across the full patient care journey. Plan proactively to help shape protocols that enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Maintain a calm presence under pressure to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies effectively. Requires 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience, an RN license, BLS, ACLS, and computer data entry skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN from an accredited school
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS
- National Certification in your specialty
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
- Experience with computer data entry
- A+ interpersonal and communication chops
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
- Calm under pressure
- Strong critical thinking
- Time management
- Evidence-based practice
Desired Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school
- National Certification in your specialty
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
