Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff, coordinates care with other disciplines, and utilizes critical thinking and independent judgment. Collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare team; provides education to patients and families; participates in discharge planning; delegates duties appropriately and coordinates the healthcare team. Education: BSN preferred; Licenses/ certificaitons: RN licensure required; CPR/BLS required. Setting emphasizes acute care with vaccination requirements and E-Verify participation. Location is Fresno, CA; Day shift; Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- RN licensure in the state of practice: Required
- CPR or BLS certification: Required
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
