RN Med-Surg FT Days w/30K Sign On

Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care on the assigned unit, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyze patient information, including medical history and diagnostic results, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive care, while reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing with one year of RN experience, a current NC or Compact state license, and BLS certification. Full-time days shift with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
