RN - Med Surg Float Pool

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Function within established policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability. This role supports holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment with schedule flexibility. New graduates and nurses with one year of hospital experience are eligible for PRN positions.
