Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning for patients across medical surgical units. Formulate and evaluate care plans based on patient data, physician orders, and evidence-based protocols. Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and coordinate handoff communications using standardized reports. Provide specialized care including pain management, restraint safety, and infection control bundles while collaborating with the health team. Document all interventions, education, and changes in patient status accurately.
