RN Med Surg Diabetic Endo at Medical City Dallas (HCA Healthcare) is a Full Time Night shift role (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborate with medical providers, document care thoroughly, administer medications, educate patients/families about conditions and treatment plans, and advocate for patients. Responsibilities include admission assessments, ongoing condition monitoring, timely documentation, medication administration, responding to patient requests, and patient/family education to ensure understanding of conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps. Emphasizes nursing model: Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage, and aligns with organizational values and care quality in a large hospital system.
