Job Summary
RN on a high-paced orthopedic unit focused on postoperative spine care. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinates with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds Mercy standards. Eligible for sign-on bonuses and education support including tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness. ACLS/BLS certifications required or obtained within designated timeframe; requires state-appropriate RN licensure and physical capability for typical inpatient duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications or eligible for within 30 days
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds; standing and walking; physical requirements similar to nursing duties in an inpatient setting
