Job Summary
Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments, and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families to ensure continuity, while maintaining accurate documentation and upholding safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate care across a diverse patient population. This role offers an RN advancement pathway, free continuing education including BLS and ACLS, and a comprehensive relocation package for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate
- Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
