Job Summary
The Med Surg/Cardiac Registered Nurse (RN) in our Intermediate Care unit is responsible for providing compassionate support to patients and their families and restoring health through the nursing process. This role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising assigned team members, and ensuring quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards. The position requires candidates to be licensed RNs and to have graduated from an accredited nursing school, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. BLS certification is also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
