Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating teaching plans for patients and families. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, assisting with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Prioritize patient care effectively, promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm, and demonstrate cost-effective practices. Maintain lifelong learning and utilize nursing knowledge for treatments and services. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
