RN - Med/Surg 9T- PT

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions, administer prescribed medications, and provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age. Formulate teaching plans for patients and families while evaluating learning effectiveness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and physicians, assisting with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Prioritize patient care efficiently, promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm, and utilize cost-effective practices for supplies and charge items. Maintain lifelong learning in the nursing profession. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
