RN - Med/Surg 8T- PT

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while prioritizing care effectively and promoting safety. Formulate teaching plans for patients and families, assisting physicians with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and demonstrate cost-effective practices. Maintain lifelong learning in the nursing profession. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
