RN Med/Surg 7p-7:30a Part Time

Registered Nurse position on a Med/Surg unit responsible for managing care of adult and geriatric patients, including pre and post-operative care. Candidates must possess clinical competency, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle a physically demanding environment. Role includes assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, evaluating nursing care, and providing patient/family education. Must be flexible with patient assignments and willing to float to other units as needed. Compliance with hospital standards and ability to oversee less experienced staff are required.
