Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, establish care plans, and coordinate daily patient management for assigned Med Surg patients. Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and provide specialized care for high-risk patients including pain management and restraint protocols. Document all interventions, communicate changes in condition, and ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards. Collaborate with the health team, perform accurate handoff reports, and educate patients and families on discharge needs.
