RN - Med Surg 7 North Bordley with Weekend Option Nights. The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, directs, and provides nursing care during the patient’s hospital stay, coordinating planning with other disciplines using a patient/customer driven approach. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment, planning and evaluating a care plan, administering and documenting medications, monitoring IV fluids, providing patient/family education and discharge planning, effective handoff reports, infection control, and collaboration with the health care team to ensure timely, high-quality care. Requires active Missouri RN licensure and adherence to hospital standards and policies.
