RN- Med/Surg 6T

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer ordered medications as prescribed. Provide high-quality care including basic self-care activities, prioritize patient needs effectively, and formulate teaching plans for patients and families. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes, assist with procedures requiring technical skills, and address psychosocial needs. Demonstrate cost-effective practices, promote patient safety, and assume lifelong learning in the nursing profession. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
