RN - Med/Surg 6C

RN on Med/Surg 6C: Provides professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team using the nursing process. Develops individualized care plans with patient/family, conducts interviews, observations, and physical assessments, performs interventions, documents progress, ensures patient safety and quality of care, promotes evidence-based practice, teaches patients and families, collaborates with physicians and the health care team, and participates in performance improvement and unit activities.
