Job Summary
Provide patient care for adult medical patients using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Perform patient assessments, manage complex care plans for conditions like pneumonia and diverticulitis, and ensure confidentiality while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Nursing Diploma
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Compact licensure in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
- Previous hospital experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
