Job Summary
RN on Medical Oncology unit; provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act, with 1+ years inpatient RN experience; requires ADN or BSN (ADN holders must obtain a BSN within five years); IL RN license and CPR; chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within 1 year; dayshift 7:00am–7:30pm, full-time 36 hours/week, rotating weekends/holidays; responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and evaluating care, recognizing changes, delegating tasks, and collaborating with the care team to meet unit goals; located at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville, IL; enterprise participates in comprehensive benefits and career development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification within one year of start date
