Conduct patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise staff across multiple Medical Intermediate units at various Saint Luke's facilities. Coordinate care plans for assigned patients and consult with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Utilize the nursing process while adhering to all policies, rules, and guidelines. Work full-time nights (36 hours) as a Tier II float pool nurse with one year of RN experience.
