Job Summary
Conduct patient care across various medical intermediate units within the Tier I Float Pool, coordinating plans for assigned patients and supervising other staff. Utilize the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes while abiding by all policies, rules, and guidelines. Delegate tasks appropriately and consult with the multi-disciplinary health care team as needed. Requires one year of Basic Life Support certification and Registered Nurse status with an Associate Degree. Full-time night shift schedule of 36 hours.
