Job Summary
RN MDS Nurse RAC coordinates the MDS/RAI process with accurate and timely assessments, oversees Medicare/Medicaid case mix and reimbursement, ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies, and serves as a key member of the facility's management team to support high-quality resident outcomes. Requires RN license in the state employed, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and experience in long-term care with MDS/RAI familiarity; this is a full-time, day-shift role at Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community in Dayton, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN license in the state employed
- Three years of experience in a long term care environment preferred
- Experience with the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred
