RN MDS Nurse responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process, ensuring Medicare/Medicaid case mix oversight and appropriate reimbursement, while maintaining regulatory compliance and serving as a key member of the facility's management team. Full-time day shift in a long-term care setting with a focus on quality outcomes and resident-centered care.RN license required; graduate of an accredited nursing program; experience in long-term care and MDS/RAI processes preferred.
