Job Summary
RN MDS Nurse / Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process; oversees Medicare/Medicaid case mix and ensures appropriate clinical services and reimbursement; ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; serves as a key member of the facility's management team in a post-acute care setting. Full-time day shift position with competitive wages and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN license in the state employed
- Three years of experience in a long term care environment preferred
- Experience with the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred
