Job Summary
Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning processes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Lead and motivate staff to execute RAI protocols accurately, promoting communication and collaborative approaches to resident care. Develop plans of care consistent with individual resident needs while maintaining a comforting atmosphere. Requires a BSN, one year in nursing management, and two years in long-term or geriatric care settings. Full-time and part-time benefits vary; terms and conditions apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
