RN- MD Live Urgent Care remote telehealth role delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced virtual environment. Responsible for telephone triage, assessment, care coordination, patient education, and acting as a liaison between patient and providers. Requires 2+ years of Urgent Care/Primary Care/ER experience, compact nursing license with ability to obtain licensure across US states, proficiency with telehealth technology and EMR, strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage shifts in a remote home environment (2:00pm-12:00am EST, 10-hour shifts, rotating weekends). Emphasizes evidence-based nursing, patient safety, documentation accuracy, and compassionate care across telehealth platforms. Familiarity with HIPAA, EHRs, e-prescribing, and maintaining professional standards in a remote care setting.
