Job Summary
Lead and manage the nursing staff, medical assistants, and nurse case managers by ensuring adequate staffing, maintaining safe environments, and aligning workflows with organizational goals. Collaborate with practice managers to utilize scheduled templates and ensure timely communication regarding assignments and staffing changes. Conduct quarterly evaluations, interview new hires, and coordinate onboarding while managing staff behavior through coaching and discipline guidelines. Promote evidence-based practices, support quality improvement projects, and respond to customer service breakdowns. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and union contract standards. Requires a Massachusetts nursing license, BSN preferred, and bi-lingual skills in Spanish, Khmer, or Russian.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Nursing license
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program preferred
- Master's Degree, preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish /Khmer/Russian with knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- A desire to work as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team
