Job Summary
RN Manager leads nursing teams to deliver safe, high-quality pediatric care, partnering with leadership to drive operational efficiency, staffing optimization and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include direct supervision and development of nursing staff, recruitment and onboarding, performance evaluations, staff engagement, and chairing the Safety Committee; oversee day-to-day clinical workflows, staffing, care coordination, equipment and medication ordering, and process improvements to enhance patient experience and throughput; ensure adherence to pediatric guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality-improvement activities; manage departmental budgets, productivity, documentation, and data integrity; requires active RN license and BSN with 3-5 years of clinical experience and 1-2 years in leadership; a Master's degree (MSN, MHA, or related field) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, or related field) preferred
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
