Job Summary
Manage clinical operations and departmental performance metrics for the Pediatric OR, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and upholding nursing standards. Develop quality initiatives, establish policies, and oversee budgeting while resolving patient complaints and representing the nursing body to senior leadership. Coach staff on performance, training, and retention, fostering an inclusive environment aligned with organizational values. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and a current RN license. Full-time day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC)) with established residency within 6 months
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification
