RN Manager PACU

Oversee daily operations of Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Endoscopy units while managing staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and quality initiatives. Develop and mentor clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and drive compliance with hospital, state, and accreditation standards. Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and supply management while collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to enhance throughput and outcomes. Lead process improvement and patient experience initiatives and support budget planning, data analysis, and operational reporting. This full-time, day-shift role offers a pay range of $48.44 to $70.50/hour with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
