RN Manager - NICU and Pediatric

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care, while supervising and directing nursing personnel to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations. Build high-performing teams by recruiting skilled staff, completing periodic evaluations, and coaching or disciplining as needed. Establish standards of care, monitor critical processes through data audits, and resolve operational issues to improve patient and family satisfaction. Manage unit staffing by assessing personnel requirements, authorizing overtime, and completing monthly schedules with minimal short staffing. This role supports Adventist Health Sierra Vista's Level III NICU and trauma center, fostering a culture of open communication and open communication to achieve organizational goals.
