Job Summary
RN Manager for NICU and Pediatric units overseeing front-line nursing and ancillary staff, partnering with physicians and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care; leads staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations; conducts rounds with physicians, drives patient safety, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and Education/training to meet unit and organizational goals; builds a high-performing clinical team, mentors staff, and coordinates care plans to optimize patient outcomes and family satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
