RN Manager - NICU and Pediatric

RN Manager – NICU and Pediatric leads a Level III NICU and pediatric unit operations, supervising front-line nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating daily activities, and partnering with physicians and department leaders to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, evaluating personnel, scheduling, facilitating daily rounds, incident/problem resolution, care planning with health team members and families, and driving patient safety and family/physician satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent), RN licensure, and BLS, with leadership experience preferred.
