RN Manager - NICU and Pediatric

Oversee NICU and pediatric nursing units as RN Manager, supervising front-line nursing and ancillary staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and optimized patient outcomes. Lead daily rounds with physicians and health-team members, coordinate care plans, and manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Establish standards of care, monitor outcomes through audits and data analysis, and drive improvements in patient safety, quality of care, and family satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN licensure in state of practice) and leadership experience; Master’s degree preferred.
