RN Manager - NICU and Pediatric

RN Manager overseeing NICU and Pediatric units, leading front-line nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating daily unit activities, driving patient safety and high-quality care, staffing and scheduling, coaching and disciplining personnel, coordinating with physicians and health-team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
