Job Summary
RN Manager for NICU and Pediatric unit oversees nursing and ancillary staff to provide safe, high-quality care; leads daily activities, staff scheduling, and unit operations; collaborates with physicians, unit champions, and clinical educator to achieve patient safety, quality outcomes, and staff satisfaction; builds and coaches a high-performing team, conducts rounds with physicians, resolves patient care issues, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives care plan optimization and throughput.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by AH policy (required)
