RN Manager – Mother Baby Unit

Oversee daily operational oversight, staff scheduling, and performance management for the 22-bed Mother Baby unit, including planning, coordination, and operational direction for approximately 29.5 full-time equivalents. Collaborate with departmental leadership to establish clinical policies supporting safe postpartum care, while developing unit processes to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes. Ensure alignment with quality goals and foster a stable, collaborative work environment for registered nurses, unit secretaries, and nursing assistants. This leadership role reports to the Director of Women's Services at a major referral hospital serving 35 counties, offering a full-time day shift with no weekends.
