RN Manager- Med Surg

Lead activities and ensure resources align with the organization's mission, values, and objectives. Participate in strategic planning by assisting in developing specific objectives and achieving plan goals. Under the general direction of the Senior Nursing Officer, develop, implement, lead, and evaluate all aspects of management to ensure quality, patient- and family-centered care for Medical Surgical Patient Care Units. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of current Medical Surgical clinical experience, and current NC nursing licensure. Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification within 60 days of hire are required.
