Job Summary
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver elder-centered care, ensuring smooth operational management and comprehensive quality improvement and infection control protocols at Providence Valdez Medical Center Long Term Care. Serve on the hospital executive team while driving regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Requires an Alaska RN license, three years of healthcare RN experience, and one year in long-term care. Bachelor's degree preferred; experience managing programs, staff, or healthcare training is advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Experience as an RN in a healthcare facility
- 1 year Long term care or related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related to health sciences field
- Experience managing programs or staff in a healthcare setting
- Experience in human resource/organizational development and/or healthcare training
- Quality Improvement and Infection Control experience
