Job Summary
RN Manager responsible for operational management of the Long Term Care unit at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center. Collaborates with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to deliver elder-centered care, supports regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and infection control, and serves on the hospital executive team to advance standards of practice and core values.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years Experience as an RN in a healthcare facility
- 1 year Long term care or related experience
