Job Summary
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver elder-centered care while ensuring smooth operational management at Providence Valdez Medical Center Long Term Care. Lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and infection control initiatives as an integral member of the hospital executive team. Maintain standards of practice aligned with the Eden Philosophy and core values. This leadership role requires an RN with at least three years of healthcare facility experience and one year in long-term care. Full-time day shift employment is based on-site at the Kodiak facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Experience as an RN in a healthcare facility
- 1 year Long term care or related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related to health sciences field
- Experience managing programs or staff in a healthcare setting
- Experience in human resource/organizational development and/or healthcare training
- Quality Improvement and Infection Control experience
