Job Summary
Manage residents and staff with 24-hour accountability for your assigned units at the skilled nursing facility. Mentor, teach, and validate care processes to ensure exemplary resident care aligns with organizational mission. Lead the nursing team through daily operations while avoiding participation in admissions or care conferences. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, five years in nursing leadership, and two years in long-term care settings. Full-time day shift with competitive base pay ranging from $52.26 to $81.13 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing
- 2 years In Long Term care setting including end of life care
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in In Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
